Disc golf continues to gain popularity. Its no wonder, its usually a free activity and you get to spend you afternoon walking the parks in Atlanta with your favorite friends. There are many wonderful disc golf courses near Atlanta, but only if you are willing to travel outside the perimeter.
There is only one course found inside the perimeter, that is Perkerson Park Disc Golf course.

Wills Park disc golf course is very popular, especially on the weekends. Most of the course follows a creek making it fun navigating the dense woods and creek bed.
A few holes border the walking trail in Wills Park, which usually has many walkers and runners.
