Having grown up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and after relocating to Atlanta many years later, the one food item I crave the most are authentic style Philly cheesesteak.

What Makes a Great Philly Cheese Steak?
- Bread: The first ingredient that truly makes the sandwich sing, is the bread. Soft baked Italian rolls, baked with just a slight exterior crunch.
- Meat: Thinly sliced ribeye meat
- Cheese: This is a highly debated topic on what is the best cheese for the a Philly cheesesteak. Cheese whiz, provolone or American.
- Topings: With or without? Onions are the primary toping, although its not uncommon to find green peppers, mushrooms or marinara sauce offered.
