There is nothing better than a great cup of coffee, while reading the paper, in a unique coffee shop. Good thing there are some great coffee shops in Roswell, Georgia for doing just that.
Its not that I have disdain for Starbucks. If anything, I actually like the coffee. But sometimes you want to try a different bean and a much different experience.
My preference for coffee is black. No milk and no sweetener. If I go for expresso, it’s usually a latte or mocha. Nothing extravagant or laced with excess sugar.

Crazy Love Coffee
Located in downtown, historic Roswell, this cute café was converted from a historic home. Come for the coffee, stay for the waffles or one of the many breakfast treats. Bring your pups and people watch from the large front porch.

Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee
While there are multiple locations for this small coffee chain (not Starbucks,) this location in Roswell features a large patio and on Friday nights and features live music. Its a fantastic spot to visit for expresso. Stop by after a wonderful dinner in Roswell. Its also convenient after a hike in Vickery Trail or visiting the Vickery Creek Waterfall.

Pop’s Coffee
If you are looking for a tranquil cafe, Pop’s Coffee is not it. However, this coffee shop is unique all the same. This coffee shop is next to a Triumph motorcycle dealership. You can order coffee and browse amazing motorcycles all at the same time. The coffee and service are outstanding.

Fellows Cafe
This is more of a traditional breakfast cafe, but they have some legit coffee to enjoy. The location is in a 1890’s Victorian in the heart of historic Roswell, on Green Street. The concept, is all day dining, coffee and you can even enjoy a cocktail.

Excellent coffee and fantastic service. They have a wonderful assortment of tasty gluten free treats.
